Working on Development sector since more than 5 years in various projects as an employee as well as an independent consultant. I am an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking youth who has actively been engaging in development sector, peace building, conflict and research. Peace Brigades International NepalCoordinating with relevant ministries, Social Welfare Council (SWC), partner organizations, Civil Peace Service (ZFD), and BMZ to ensure project implementation. Monitoring and evaluating project outcomes. Leading the development and design of projects and proposals.

Peace Brigades International NepalMonitored and evaluated work from partner agencies and built their capacities. Coordinated with government stakeholders, represented PBI, planned activities, and supported in procurement and financial management.

Protection of Public Interest (Propublic)Under the project of GIZ Civil Peace Service Program (CPSP) working on peace building and conflict transformation by using tools like Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and mediation. Coordinated and implemented NVC trainings, field monitoring, and assisted in APAMIP secretariat operations.
