Our Story
From earthquake relief to sustainable community empowerment — learn how Bravehearts Nepal is transforming lives.
Bravehearts Nepal
Bravehearts Nepal is a non-governmental, non-profit development organization registered under Nepal's NGO Act and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council. Founded in 2016 in response to the 2015 earthquake, our journey began with child trauma support and drawing activities for children in Dolakha — and grew into holistic community empowerment across six districts.
Today, we operate across Dolakha, Janakpur, Kathmandu (Thali), Simara (Bara), Makwanpur, and Hetauda — providing child food support, building community libraries, funding scholarships, and delivering trade & skill-based livelihood programs.
Our Mission
To build knowledgeable and socially empowered communities to ensure equitable growth and sustainable development — with children and youth at the heart.
Our Vision
Self-reliant communities leading change through decentralized, inclusive development — where locals envision, design, and drive transformation.
Our Journey
From earthquake relief to sustainable community empowerment — our story of impact.
Continued Vision
To expand libraries, increase scholarships, strengthen sustainable food support systems, and develop long-term livelihood programs for true community empowerment.
